Good location near the city center and a main road that leads to and from the city. Free parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Unexperienced staff. Not so nice neighbourhood, but that is irrelevant if you are willing to see as much as you can in Krakow. Lack of stores and coffee shops in the neighbourhood.

Booked hotel due to price and Wifi available. Tucked away in a back street close to Lobzow railway station. Nice and quiet, wifi was ecelllent and it's very convenient to central Krakow as i used the tram stop which was around 10-15 mins walk away

New building, clean rooms. Good price.
Breakfast does not worth 6euros. Very small, not tasty and the same every morning. It is quite gar form the city center. Single bed rooms are too small.

The room was ok, beds are very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood. About 20min walk to market square.

Despite being close to the railway, it is located in a very quiet place, because that railway section is only used for unused train carriages. The building is completely new, and the room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Free parking on the street, just outside the building. Very good price. I guess they have a basic breakfast service but I preferred to have breakfast in the city centre (go to Camelot!), which is about a 20-minute walk 'til the old town, but you can reach it by car in 3-4 minutes, and, to my surprise, low rates, or even free, parking is very easy to find, especially during the weekend.

Very modern and very clean. Great value.
The breakfasts consisted of breadrolls and sandwich ingredients (ie, salami and cucumber). Not what I would call a breakfast - more of a lunch. On the second day of our stay we decided to remain in the room until late in the day. On two separate occasions someone attempted to unlock our door without first knocking or calling out. As our room had not been serviced the previous day we assumed that the room would not be serviced for the duration of our stay. Added to this, when we called out to 'hold on' whilst we opened the door from inside to see what they wanted, they had disappeared which seemed rather unprofessional. The location is also a 15 minute walk to the nearest public transport. There are very few shops in the vicinity of the accommodation. There is also no way to control the air-conditioning which appears to turn off and on at random times.

Very nice staff and service, really confortable bed and cleanliness. Towels and beddings like new !
To far away from the center, on foot 30 minutes of walk, from the bus about 12 minutes. If you have a lot of baggage its better to take a taxi not really expensif during the day.

Spacious room, excellent beds, big screen TV with English channels, elevator, helpful staff, outstanding value!
About a 20 minute walk to old city, no breakfast.

Room was new and clean. Overall ger was rather new. Good value for money.
Location! Next to railway tracks plus very few shops in the neighbourhood. Tv was not working (no channels available) and lamp, after switching off, kept doing some click-like noise periodically so if someone has sleeping problems then it would be an issue.

Very modern and large bathrooms, staff was friendly, and nearby train stops for quick access to the city
Distance from center (cabs are cheap, however), breakfast is delivered anytime between 8-1130, and the room itself isn't that large

The price was great and although the location isn't ideal for someone who wants to walk to downtown, a taxi will only cost 12 to 20 zloty depending on the taxi company which converts to about $4-$7.
I thought that it was a non-smoking hotel but the room next to me had a couple staying there that smelled like they smoked at least 6 packs a day in their room. The smoke smell did come into my room and made the entire 4th floor reek of cigarettes.
